Business of Sports Symposium

March 1, 2024 | Hewson Hall Room 0015 | 9:30 am - 2:00pm

Why you should attend

The Business of Sports Symposium (BOSS) is designed to provide graduate and undergraduate business students with insight into the nuances of a sports/sports adjacent organization outside of being an athlete and/or performer.

Additionally, it seeks to meet a need to connect industry professionals with emerging prospective talent truly passionate about working in sports and ecstatic about the opportunity to build a network in such a competitive industry.

This one-day event aims to introduce how important business functions such as human resources, operations, finance, accounting, marketing, etc. contribute to the overall functionality of a sports-related firm.
